CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: - Check in after 3:00 PM - The Guest Contact will reach out to you on the day of arrival to assist with check in and provide information to open the security gate, and provide the code to the lockbox to access the house - Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out before 11:00 AM - Before departure, please let the Guest Contact know when you are leaving so that you may return the key and gate opener - Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the trash - Load and start the dishwasher - Wash and put away all used dishes - Leave all slept-in beds unmade - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES: - No smoking - Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately - No events, parties, or large gatherings -

Please do not contact the owners from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (MST) unless it is an emergency or something needs to be tended to

Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS: - Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival PARKING: - 10 vehicles can be parked in the driveway - RV and trailer parking are also available
